Welcome to our beautiful Viva La Flamingo holiday home. Newly furnished in autumn 2020, this approx. 150m² private house with pool offers plenty of space for the whole family. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and the new heated pool are guaranteed to make your next vacation unforgettable. The lovingly laid out garden, completely surrounded by a privacy fence, will inspire you. Here your privacy is guaranteed and the vacation can begin.

While you will likely spend a lot of time on the pool deck, swimming, or soaking up the warm rays of sunshine on a lounger, don't forget that the beautiful white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island are just a 10 minute drive away. Downtown Bradenton with many restaurants, the Riverwalk, LECOM Park baseball stadium and much more is just 10 minutes in the other direction. The large Ellenton Premium Outlet Mall is only 25 minutes away by car and is guaranteed to make every shopping heart beat faster. A perfect area to go on vacation.

The large master bedroom has a king-size bed, a large Smart TV, a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms are on the other side of the house and share a guest bathroom down the hall with a shower-tub combo.

The second bedroom also has a king-size bed and a Smart TV, while the third bedroom has a bunk bed (double bed below and a single bed above) and a day bed. It is important to note that the third bedroom can accommodate up to 2 adults or 4 children. For the little ones there is of course a travel cot and a high chair.

Important: This house offers sleeping places for 6 adults.

The living room has plenty of comfortable seating and a large smart TV to watch your favorite shows and films. The kitchen with stainless steel appliances is well equipped with everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner and the dining room comfortably seats 6 people. The hatch to the kitchen is practical here. Should you have to work on vacation or set up a home office, we have created a small work area here.

The outside area offers a covered terrace with an outdoor dining table, a propane gas grill, colorful Adirondack chairs, lounge chairs, umbrellas and most importantly a newly built, private heated pool.
